Ordering Digital Invitations

How many invitations do I get  if I order digital?
You'll receive a DIGITAL JPG FILE in HIGH RESOLUTION, via email. With this file you'll be able to print UNLIMITED invitations at any photo lab or at the comfort of your own home!
Please note that you will NOT receive any PRINTED invitations in the mail.

My photos did not upload or are too big, how do I email them?
Please email them directly to customer@ultrainvitations.com

Can I use a different photo &/or designs for my Thank you notes?
Yes of course, just email us the photo

I no longer need file, or I am cancelling. Can I get  my money back?

For digital orders we do not print or ship anything. We do invest TIME in preparing your proof. So your order is nonrefundable. Most digital orders on the web are set up this way.

Im anxious over ordering, Can I see a proof BEFORE I place my order?
Proofs are considered a service and are a part of your order. Due to the time spent personalizing the layout, it will only be started after your order is placed and paid.

What's your turnaround time for DIY Invitations & Favors?
Our standard turnaround time is 1-2 business days after all your information, picture and payment have been received. If you don't see a proof, check spam folder.
Rush orders available for an additional fee. For Express service, your order will be moved to the top of the queue list, and you will receive your proof within 24 hrs. Excluding weekends and holidays

Where can I print my DIY Printable invitations?

You will get a printable JPG or PDF

Most orders will be JPG

You can take JPG to any local photo lab to print. (not PDF)

We suggest uploading to your closest photo lab and selecting the 1-hour service

I asked my designer for a change, and she has not responded. How long does it take?
We have several orders in the day. It takes us 1 business day to make changes, depending on the amount of orders we have. If you have not received a response in 2 business days, please email us asap, so we can look into this. We are closed on weekends and holidays

I want to talk to someone, what is your number?
At the moment we are only able to provide email support. We try our best in 24 HRS or less.

Can you send me a printable file?

EVERY FILE we send is printable JPG ready to upload.


Why is my invitation blurry?

If you invitation is blurry or colors are off. Your email may compress the file and make it smaller. We will

send the file a different way so that is does not get shrinked.
